Running photography for 361°'s Blue Line campaign, shot across Cape Town at dawn and after dark.a
361° needed running photography for their Blue Line campaign — product and athlete on the streets of Cape Town, across two very different times of day.

I shot the shoe where it runs — dawn road running through the empty city, long-exposure light trails after dark to put speed into the frame, low-angle product-in-motion, and recovery frames to close it out. Reading the stride matters here: catching the runner airborne at full extension rather than a half-second late is the difference between a strong frame and a flat one. Two lighting worlds — hard flash against the dark, soft dawn light on empty streets — out of one shoot.
