The brief was to make gym photography look like it belonged in a campaign rather than a social feed. That meant treating each exercise as its own frame — not just documentation of movement, but a considered shot with placement, light, and timing.

Flash positioned low and tight gave the dark gym a dramatic quality without losing the grit of the environment. Mix of full-body action frames (overhead press, battle ropes, air bike), mid-distance exercise shots, and close detail work — shoes on rubber matting, hands on a slam ball — to give the final set range across different usage contexts.

The reel was cut from the same shoot day: 21 seconds, fast-paced, built for social. Black-and-white selects were made where the contrast and composition earned it.
